Fox Sports broadcaster Joy Taylor has found herself in hot waters. The American TV host has been named in a 42-page lawsuit on counts of s*xual harassment and battery in the workplace.

The lawsuit has been filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who spent a decade working at Fox Sports. She alleged that Taylor had an affair with Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, who allegedly used his power to land Taylor a job at the company.

As per Faraji, Dixon once grabbed her b***ocks at a birthday party. When she spoke about this to Taylor, she told the hairstylist to “get over it”.

Apart from Taylor, popular TV personality and commentator Skip Bayless has also been named in the lawsuit. Faraji has also accused Taylor of having affairs with several prominent executives and personalities to get a prime role on the network.

The lawsuit by Noushin Faraji has sent shockwaves across social media. It has also raised questions regarding Joy Taylor‘s dating history and current relationship. As per reports, she is indeed single as of January 2025.

She has, however, been in relationships before. Taylor was previously married to Los Angeles Angels star Richard Giannotti and was also reported to be in a relationship with former NBA player and coach Earl Watson.

She and Watson would also get engaged in 2018. However, a year later, the couple called off their engagement and went their separate ways.

As mentioned above, Joy Taylor had been married before. She tied the knot with former baseball star Richard Giannotti in 2016. However, just a year later, they filed for divorce and brought an end to their marriage.

Taylor and Giannotti are reported to have come across each other in 2014. They got engaged in 2015 and on February 13, 2016, they got married in a private ceremony at the Biltmore Luxury Hotel in Miami. The couple welcomed their son, Beau, the same year they tied the knot. While there had been several rumors regarding their divorce, none of them would address it publicly.

Speaking of Giannotti, he started his professional career after being drafted in the 2004 draft by the Anaheim Angels. He though was not able to achieve the success he desired and retired from the sport at the age of 29 in 2012.

Since then, he has worked as an executive and financial advisor to athletes. Giannotti is currently married to Kristen Simigran. They would date for nearly three years before tying the knot in 2020.
