Otis is portrayed as quite the ladies’ man on WWE TV. Currently, he appears to be involved with Maxxine Dupri in the Alpha Academy. He has previously been involved in a love triangle storyline involving Mandy Rose and Dolph Ziggler, now known as Nic Nemeth.

Rose recently gave an interview on the Power Alphas Podcast. She claimed that she would spill the tea on her kiss with Otis during that interview. The former WWE superstar then posted a clip from that interview, in which she said that the 32-year-old was a decent kisser.

The former amateur wrestler replied to this clip on X and seemed highly excited at the compliment. The tweet also caught the eye of Dolph Ziggler. He claimed that hearing that statement hurt him more than his match against Goldberg at SummerSlam 2019.

Ziggler fought with the Minnesotan for the love of Mandy Rose in a comedy feud through late 2019 and early 2020. Their feud was highly over with the crowds and even led to a match at WrestleMania. Otis eventually came out on top, defeating the former World Champion with help from Rose.

Mandy Rose is currently engaged to former NXT superstar, Tino Sabbatelli. He joined his fiance on the Power Alphas podcast and answered several questions about the love triangle. The former NXT Womens’ Champion asked him if he was ever worried that she would leave him for Otis.

The former NXT star chuckled, and claimed that he was a very secure man. He had never been the jealous type and viewed jealousy as a sign of weakness in men. He was always asked by his girlfriends why he never got jealous of them talking to other guys. However, it never seemed to affect him.

Tino Sabbatelli claimed that being jealous was not in his nature. He knew what he brought to the table and had no reason to be insecure. The former WWE superstars also revealed that they wished to start a family soon after their marriage.
