Two individuals are suing former Miami Dolphins player Xavien Howard. The free-agent corner has been accused of s*xually exploiting and distributing adult content without the consent of the victims.

One of the victims, Jane Doe, reportedly accused Howard of filming s*xual acts between them. She knew some of them and had given consent before engaging. However, she brought forward additional material, which Howard taped without her permission.

Another victim, John Doe, came forward claiming that Howard committed s*xual acts with his mother. The 30-year-old took explicit photographs and later distributed them while keeping John Doe and his mother in the dark.

Jane Doe’s attorney sent a cease and desist order in 2022 to Xavien Howard. However, they discovered that he had again sent out videos in 2023. John Doe’s lawsuit revealed that the incident had affected him emotionally and psychologically.

This has emotionally wrecked him [John Doe] to have to view a photo of his mother, a very graphic explicit photo of his mother. But for Jane Doe, it's a constant fear and wonder what else is out there and who else has seen it.

Howard’s attorney has yet to release any statement. He currently remains without any team.

This wasn’t the first time someone has accused the 4 time pro bowler of sharing tapes without his partner’s consent. Later a woman (thought to be his partner) broke the headlight of his Bentley in August last year.

His attorney filed a counter-lawsuit against the accuser, calling it a dead case with no merit. Then a month later in September, a woman shared a post on social media revealing that Xavien Howard got her and three others pregnant. ,
