Dominick Reyes looks confident before UFC 253 said “I’m the best in the world”
Dominick Reyes and Jan Blachowicz will go one on one for the Light Heavyweight title at UFC 253 in a co-main event for the championship that is vacant after Jon Jones left UFC.
Reyes has a fight record of 12-1 and his only defeat has come against the former champ Jon Jones in the fight that went on the judge’s decision.
Many of the people often say it was a controversial decision and Reyes was a winner in that fight, but now when he is again getting the title shot he wants to grab it with both hands.
Jan Blachowicz holds a professional record of 26-8, he will enter the ring as an underdog but he has already shown his intentions that he will not go easy on Dominick.
Reyes is looking forward for his title reign
All have this question in mind that how the Light Heavyweight division will look like after Jon Jones. Is there anyone whose reign is going to be as great as him?
Dominick Reyes sure seems confident he said in the interview “That I took a lot of positives from fighting Jon Jones and I’m eager to move forward into my own potential title reign”.
While at the conference at the beach that occurred the day before yesterday he also said: “There is no bad blood between me and Jan but I’m not leaving the octagon without the belt in my hands”.
Dom also added, “It’s been a realization of the level that I am at- ‘I’m the best in the world’”.
Reyes will be entering the ring this Sunday as a hot favorite. It is going to be interested to see how he goes past Jan and starts a title reign of his own.
