Arnold Palmer’s daughter is not upset with Donald Trump’s remark about her father
While some were not happy with the words of Donald Trump regarding Arnold Palmer, the late golfer’s daughter, Peg Palmer Wears, did not seem too upset with him. She, though, did claim that the approach to remembering his father from Trump was poor.
In an interview with the Associated Press, the 68-year-old claimed there was “nothing” much to say regarding Trump’s statement.
However, Palmer’s reaction resurfaced in her comments regarding Trump years ago. In 2018, Palmer claimed that her father was appalled by the “lack of civility” from Trump.
