In the midst of a romantic-core rose garden, the Love Story singer said yes to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce‘s marriage proposal. The engagement photos have gone viral as the popstar’s fanbase, Swifties, liked, shared, and reposted as they joy-scrolled through their feeds.

The septuagenarian world leader and business mogul Donald Trump has also joined the sports world to wish the newly affianced couple. President Trump, who was fielding media questions following a high-profile cabinet meeting, was informed of the news by one reporter. The reporter called it the biggest pop culture news break and told the president the world was awaiting his response.

Luxon, who assumed the prime ministerial position of Aotearoa in 2023, invited the couple to have their wedding or their honeymoon in New Zealand.
