This latest win of Trump comes a few days after he was spotted golfing in Scotland. While playing alongside his son Eric Trump, the 47th U.S. President was seen getting protection with a customized armored car dubbed “Golf Force One“.
This car was introduced by the Secret Service for the protection of Trump after a person, Ryan Wesley Routh, attempted to take his life while he was playing on a course in Florida last September.
Social media reacts to Donald Trump winning another Senior Club Championship
According to reports from the White House, Donald Trump has won another Senior Club Championship. The news of him winning another title with low scores of 69 and 67 has however, not sat well with golf fans on social media.

It has been reported that Trump has a golf handicap of 2.8. This is said to be the lowest handicap of any U.S. President.
However, just like several other times, a majority of fans have not been impressed by his win. He has many times been accused of cheating on the golf course. One fan on X brought this up and wrote, “Not buying any of this” while reacting to this latest triumph of Trump.

Even last week, Trump was accused of cheating. In a video that went viral on social media, a caddie was seen dropping the ball on the green near a bunker while walking in front of Trump’s cart. The U.S. President would then walk up towards the ball, leading to many accusing him of cheating.
Donald Trump recently made sporting headlines with bold statements
Apart from golf, Donald Trump is also interested in several other sports. Recently, he made several headlines regarding some bold statements regarding sports.

Two weeks ago, on his Truth Social Account, Trump once again urged the Washington Commanders to change their name to the ‘Redskins‘. He also seemingly threatened to block off the NFL’s side new stadium deal if he they did not change their name back.
He also pressured the Cleveland Guardians of MLB to go back to their name of ‘Indians‘. The baseball team would later issue a statement and expressed that they won’t be going back to their former name and stick with Guardians.

Trump wants the two sporting franchises to go back to their former names out of respect for the Native Americans. The Commanders used the name Redskins from 1937 to 2019. As for the Guardians, they were called the Indians from 1915 to 2021, and adopted the name Guardians from 2022.
