Travis Kelce addresses criticism over his NFL season
The Kansas City Chiefs have been doing a good job of maintaining their 3-0 streak in the ongoing NFL season. However, fans have their eyes keen on the tight end’s scores this season, or the lack thereof.
On a recent episode of New Heights podcast with Jason Kelce, the Chiefs’ star player explained not having the opportunity to make plays on the field because of the other teams’ defenses.
Addressing the Falcons game, he suspected the fans might have seen his ‘drop on in the fourth quarter‘. As a response, he felt content giving the team his best when it mattered for the score—the third quarter.
Nonetheless, Kelce noted that moving forward, he would work to be the “team’s weapon” that he was in the past. Most importantly, he assured everyone of his imperturbability regarding internet trolls. Lastly, he credited the Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes for “making the right decisions.”
