Despite a stellar ending to the last season, Houston Rockets star Jalen Green has had a rocky start in the 2024-25 season. That hasn’t stopped his girlfriend Draya Michele from doubling down on her support. A recent match saw the actor accompanied by her 22-year-old son Kniko.
Draya Michelle and her son attended to see the Rockets take on the Minnesota Timberwolves at Toyota Center in their second last game of 2024. The Basketball Wives LA star seldom falls short of catching attention. Michele donned an all-black rebellious fit while Kniko donned a green monochrome fit over a white t-shirt.
The pair immediately made it to the NBA fandom as the fans flooded the social media platform X. The Majority of the comments were centered around the bewilderment caused as Jalen Green is almost the same age, if not younger than Kniko.
While Michele’s presence at the games is a common sight, her son’s made a lasting impression with the fans. Jalen Green and Draya Michele recently welcomed their daughter together in May 2024. Ever since their relationship began, the couple has kept a relatively low profile in terms of their personal lives. However, their 17-year age gap has never failed to bring criticism from fans.

The aforementioned courtside appearance was no exception so to say the fans erupted with their opinions. One of the pages on X addressed Green as Kniko’s stepdad. The post quickly gained traction with people at a crossroads with the title.

Houston Rockets lineup against the LA Lakers saw Jalen Green delivering in the first quarter. This was the most recent game of the Rockets. The star single-handedly dominated the Lakers and set the match to his 18 points on the offensive. In addition to that, the 22-year-old played for all of 12 minutes.

The fans were left in awe of the Houston guard and, went on X to leave their thoughts. One of the users credited his girlfriend Draya Michele for the electric performance. The comment conjectured that the 39-year-old must have been sitting courtside, as she often does, to support Green.
The aspiring performance got him loads of praise from the fans. However, his performance took a dip in the coming two quarters. As the game flowed, Green got back up in the final to make a significant impact with his game-high 33 points. The Houston Rockets are now 23-12, with Green playing a huge role in securing a winning record so far.
