Stephen Curry is widely known for his superb ball-shooting skills in the NBA. And his unique game knowledge and skillset has undoubtedly helped the Golden State Warriors to numerous successes in the league. Those achievements on the court have further cemented Curry’s reputation as one of the best point guards in pro basketball. However, some secret details about his relationship with Indiana Pacers star Andrew Nembhard have recently come to light.

The 27-year-old Warriors star is currently away with the USA Men’s basketball team competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Nonetheless, it appears a secret beef between Stephen Curry and Andrew Nembhard has been ongoing for some time. This glaring revelation was made public by fellow Warriors’ teammate Draymond Green, who opened up about it after coming on the Club 520 Podcast lately.

Draymond Green said on the show

According to him, Stephen Curry was the one guarding Nembhard during that game, and the latter was saying a lot of crazy things to the Warriors player.

Steph was guarding him and the shots he was hitting, Steph will just turn and look like, Yo what?... So in turn, what you then did was every time that guy see you now, He at you now... Blame Nembhard but y'all gonna have a hard time with us, because Steph got an issue.
Draymond Green added

Green also added that he doesn’t know if there’s any way for the grudge to be settled between the duo. Furthermore, he asserts the alternative solution is if Curry stops playing basketball as whenever he sees Nembhard, it’s practically over because they will continue to go at themselves.

Stephen Curry recounts feeling before Olympics debut

Ahead of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, Curry took a moment to share how he felt seeing his name make the Team USA squad list. The 36-year-old star with all his notable career achievements, has never won a gold medal in the Olympic Games.

However, after his debut game against Serbia, Stephen Curry recounted his feelings in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle. 

I think I had a lot of nerves up until the national anthem... Putting on this jersey at this level, Ive been looking forward to it for a long time.

In that game, the Warriors player seized his chance to impress on the court, going on to make 4 successful shots out of 8 attempted ones. He also scored 11 points for the team.
