Drew McIntyre returned on the latest episode of Raw to address his upcoming Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk. In response to the latter’s promo last week, McIntyre revealed that he had some promises as well. The Scottish Warrior admitted that he was initially against the idea of competing inside the demonic structure.

Having already wrestled twice in the stipulation, McIntyre was aware of the dangers in doing so. Similar to Punk, his family advised him not to indulge in this match. However, Drew claimed that wrestling inside Hell in a Cell was the only way to end this rivalry. Furthermore, the 39-year-old star vowed to make The Second City Saint “bleed a lot.”

McIntyre reiterated Punk’s point about becoming the ‘devil’ himself. The two-time WWE Champion believes that his rival was right, affirming that this battle has always been “good vs. evil.” At last, the Scottish-born wrestler promised to break The Straight Edge Superstar permanently inside Hell in a Cell.

The animosity between the two stars has boiled over with each and every passing week. Whether it be ruined homecomings or broken bracelets, Punk and McIntyre have taken turns in destroying each other by any means necessary. After Drew McIntyre secured a win at SummerSlam, the former AEW star emerged victorious in the rematch at Bash in Berlin. Therefore, not only will the upcoming Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood settle the score but it also promises to be a bloody affair.
