The rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre is filled with hatred and jealousy. They have both inflicted significant damage on each other throughout their feud, and there’s a strong possibility that it could happen again. However, The Best in the World could not even think to interfere in the match between McIntyre and Damian Priest in Scotland.

While speaking with Cultaholic Wrestling, Drew McIntyre talked about the genuine chances of CM Punk costing him another title match. He warned The Second City Saint not to interfere in the match; otherwise, he could legitimately be threatened by the Scottish audience. McIntyre stated that not even the security guard would stop them from attacking him because of their nationality.

There’s an intriguing dynamic between him and his opponent at Clash at the Castle, Damian Priest, as well. The duo once joined forces and fought alongside each other at Survivor Series: WarGames last year. It all changed, however, when The Archer of Infamy cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on the newly crowned champion and snatched the title from him after just 5 minutes and 46 seconds at WrestleMania XL.

This is Glasgow... this is Scotland, this is different. I would strongly suggest not getting involved or doing anything to rock the boat during this show as there's a genuine chance you'll get jumped. I'm not even joking. And there's a genuine chance the security guards won't stop them because they're Scottish as well.

As The Judgment Day steadily crumbles in the absence of Rhea Ripley‘s guiding influence, Priest finds himself locked in a fierce struggle with his inner demons. Despite that, he still got the better of McIntyre on the latest episode of Raw by putting him through the announce table. Only time will tell whether the World Heavyweight Champion continues his run as the fighting champion or not.

Drew McIntyre mocked CM Punk once again for his tricep injury

Although they were both injured at the same time, McIntyre and Punk never stopped besting each other verbally. They consistently hurled insults at each other on social media regarding their respective injuries. Now, ahead of the big PLE on June 15, the former world champion once again mocked his adversary for his injury.

A few weeks ago, CM Punk shared a video of himself trapped inside the WWE HQ, spending the entire night there. McIntyre trolled him, saying that he couldn’t even open the door because of the tricep injury caused by him. At first, the Scottish-born wrestler acted scared by the thought of being trapped. However, after some time, he opened the door and got out, mocking Punk in the process.

Recently, McIntyre requested the tech person show Punk’s crying face on screen. Meanwhile, The Second City Saint appeared on Raw a month ago, provoking the 39-year-old star even more with his shenanigans. Although fans are very intrigued by the two verbally destroying each other, they are eagerly waiting for their in-ring altercation.
