Drew McIntyre's sardonic dig at a former United States Champion was followed up by a quick response from the latter.

Taking inspiration from his all-hits-no-misses social media game, Drew McIntyre is back with another barn burner of a post. On Wednesday afternoon, the Scot leveraged a viral clip floating on the internet where a man is presumably getting tattooed, with nothing more than just a wipe on his left arm. McIntyre used it to mock LA Knight.
The Ayr-born wrestler implied that the fan in the video is basically tattooing each of Knight’s world title wins in WWE, which obviously don’t exist. It didn’t take long for the man on target to clap back. The Megastar implied that he’s living rent-free in Drew’s head. The netizens have since sided with McIntyre over this exchange as they believe the Scot did all the damage.
On SmackDown last week, things escalated between McIntyre and Knight when they started swinging for real on each other. This feud has picked steam since the Royal Rumble. In the PLE’s traditional 30-man over-the-top-rope bout, the former 2-time WWE Champion was eliminated by Damian Priest. It caught the fans off guard as the spot came out of nowhere.
Moreover, the awkward camera angles only exacerbated the cause. However, in actuality, LA Knight was to blame for it, McIntyre allegedly believed. A report claimed that the Scottish Psychopath was furious at Knight getting in the way of such a prominent part of the match, which was intended to kick off a storyline between Drew and Priest.
When McIntyre reached backstage, he was cursing and eventually stormed out of the building. The Chosen One’s frustrations also stemmed from WWE picking Priest as his potential WrestleMania opponent. However, taking into account the ongoing backlash encircling Drew, discussions have opened up within the company to re-evaluate the plans for the 39-year-old.
Drew McIntyre racing against time to claim elusive WrestleMania spot
Come March 1st, Drew McIntyre will pose his contention inside the men’s Elimination Chamber match. He has joined John Cena, CM Punk, and Logan Paul, with two more superstars yet to qualify.

One will punch his ticket to Toronto this week on SmackDown when Damian Priest, Braun Strowman, and Jacob Fatu slug it out in a triple threat match. Seth Rollins and Finn Balor are also set for singles action on Raw next Monday with the last chamber spot up for grabs.
As the field is more stacked than it’s ever been, the margins would be slim. And of course, the barbarity of the unforgiving Elimination Chamber structure will only add to the woes of every competitor. Speaking of McIntyre, it’d be his last chance to turn things around for himself. If he fails, the Scot could end up in an undercard feud at WrestleMania 41.
