The Notorious MMA Conor McGregor is on limelight again this time he is looking to book a fight against The Diamond Dustin Poirier. Conor has already announced his retirement but in recent days he has talked much on Twitter. This time Conor proposed Dustin to fight him in a charity match. The fight is going to be donating the amount for Poirier’s The Good Fight Foundation and a charity that McGregor chooses.

Conor proposed Dustin a location and date as well, he asked Dustin to fight at Point Depot in Dublin, Ireland on 12th December. Conor said “Hey bro! You want to do an MMA charity fight? Zero to do with UFC. I will donate half a mill towards your charity for it. Sell it out on PPV or work a tv deal and we work out other charities that are close to my heart also. I am engaged in many. Strictly a charity “exhibition””.

He also said that there would be “No weigh-ins, Open weight unified rules, I will arrange all travel fare for you and your family. McGregor sports and entertainment MMA, in association with the Good Fight Foundation. Charity Mixed Martial Arts!”

Dustin Poirier agreed to the fight

The Diamond Dustin Poirier agreed to Conor’s fight request and he replied, “I’m in! Let’s do it. A lot of people will benefit from this” and he tagged his charity on his Tweet. Although these two fighters are already under the contract with UFC and to appear in such a fight they have to take permission from the organization.

If UFC permits this fight, it is going to be the first time when UFC will allow one such fight. Dana White is pissed from Conor for leaking his DMs on Twitter it is going to be very tough for Conor to get his permission but this fight is for a good cause who knows Dana maybe allow this one.
