British tennis ace Emma Raducanu has split up with her boyfriend Carlo Agostinelli. As per reports, Raducanu and Agostinelli have unfollowed each other on social media and it is also reported that the tennis ace has blocked Carlo. The reason for the breakup is not exactly clear but it is believed that the relationship ran its course.

It is worth mentioning that Raducanu and Agostinelli were seen together in many instances. The most famous of those instances was the Paris Fashion Week when the couple attended the event together and walked arm-in-arm. Raducanu and Agostinelli are said to have been dating each other since last May.

However, things seem to have turned upside down with the couple calling it an end to their relationship. A report in The Sun claims that Raducanu was the one who ended things. The Briton has also blocked her now ex-boyfriend on social media.

Emma has 2.4million followers on Instagram but Carlo is no longer one of them. It seems their relationship has run its course.
The Sun quoted a source saying.

It is also worth mentioning that Raducanu had once revealed that she was not allowed to have boyfriends when she was younger. The Briton had revealed that her parents did not want other things to interfere with her training. 

My parents were very much against [boyfriends] as it interfered with training. When I was younger I wasn't even allowed to hang out with my girl friends.

A new start for Emma Raducanu on all fronts

With her calling it an end to her relationship with Carlo Agostinelli, Emma Raducanu seems to be focusing on a new start on all fronts. After struggling to stay active on the tour ever since her title-winning performance at the 2021 US Open, Raducanu is now starting fresh.

She has undergone surgery on both her wrists as well as an ankle and has also played some tennis in the 2024 season. Now, the 21-year-old is focused on the grass-court swing. Raducanu even skipped the 2024 Roland Garros to prepare for the grass-court tournaments.

The Briton is currently competing at the Nottingham Open, the same tournament where everything started for her three years ago. Raducanu will be hoping to get another head start with this WTA 250 tournament.
