The past 24 hours have been damning for FOX Sports and its star-studded analyst roster. A former hairdresser has filed a lawsuit alleging a toxic workplace culture at the network and has alleged that Skip Bayless continually pestered her to get into a physical relationship with her. The lawsuit references Joy Taylor and Emmanuel Acho and claims the duo was romantically involved.

The lawsuit filed by one Noushin Faraji, a former hairdresser at FOX Sports claims that Joy Taylor was involved with Emmanuel Acho in the hopes that it would progress her career. A day later after these claims surfaced, Acho showed up at his job with a smile on his face and visibly unaffected by any of the information.

In his defense, the former NFL linebacker and media personality has nothing to worry about. Acho has done nothing wrong, he was single at the time he was alleged to be romantically involved with his co-worker. Their relationship was consensual which makes it perfectly legal.

Emmanuel Acho is not a party to the lawsuit filed against FOX Sports and Skip Bayless

The analyst is a part of FS1’s flagship show The Facility featuring LeSean McCoy, James Jones, and Chase Daniel. The show replaced Undisputed featuring Skip Bayless after its ratings plummeted following the departure of Shannon Sharpe.

Emmanuel Acho has done nothing wrong but a grey cloud is hanging over Joy Taylor’s actions. While she was involved with her fellow FS1 analyst to fast-track her career growth, it remains unclear if she was still engaged to her last fiance Earl Watson with whom she ended things in 2019.

In addition to this, the person filing the lawsuit alleges that Taylor was involved with FOX executive Charlie Dixon and that she was willing to sue him for sexual harassment once he was no longer in use.

The subject matter of the lawsuit, however, remains Skip Bayless. The former face of FOX Sports and the man who boosted the network’s ratings and made it relevant on par with ESPN is accused of having offered Noushin Faraji $1.5 million in exchange for sexual favors.
