Scump officially becomes the most followed Call Of Duty professional player on Twitch

Call of Duty games are popular among the masses, and so are their players. In recent news, Scump, a professional Call of Duty player, has amassed the highest number of subscribers on Twitch. He created history by attaining this feat, overtaking TeePee, who is currently at 35k subscribers on Twitch. Scump has been a professional for a long time now, and the name is not unheard of. He took his team OpTic Texas to a two-time championship at Major League Gaming (MLG).

Call of Duty holds these matches yearly with their latest and on-the-market games. The 27-year-old won his first eSports console award for being player of the year in 2016. This added to his popularity, and his following gained momentum over Twitch in the following years. Scumperjumper is an American-born Call Of Duty professional player who retired recently. And recently, pull off this feat.

Scump’s real name is Seth Abner and he was born in 1995 to Shawn Abner, a former baseball player. Scump is considered one of the most successful gamers in the eSports world with his consistent winnings at COD official tournaments. He competed in COD 2013 in the COD Black Ops 2 tournament. He would carry his team OpTic to the finals only to be satisfied with 3rd place in the final rounds. However, this was only the beginning of his career. Later, he would emerge as one of the most sought-after professional COD gamers.

Scump won at the 2015 COD: Advance Warfare major league win twice. This earned him a lot of same and gold medals. After this achievement, he got sponsored by several hardware and gaming companies like Turtle Beach and Scuff Gaming. 2017 was an excellent year for Scump and OpTic as they won Call of Duty League in Infinite Warfare. This brought him a cash prize of $1.5 million. Throughout his eSports career, he made nearly $6 million off COD tournaments, where around $2.6 million came from Infinite Warfare. Scump has a huge fan following on Twitch that goes around 1.2 million followers and 2.6 million followers on his YouTube account.
