The undeniable legacy of Bray Wyatt has left its footprint in Orlando’s Universal Studios. On account of the facility’s Halloween Horror Nights event, members of the Wyatt Sicks, including Erick Rowan, world tag team champs Joe Gacy and Dexter Demis, & Nikki Cross, visited the Firefly Fun House attraction there. Rowan, a Wyatt Family original, got emotional while gathering his thoughts.

As seen in the video posted on WWE’s YouTube channel. ‘The White Sheep’ started by saying that the whole setup was cool. Rowan was brimming with gratitude while running out of words. Remembering his deceased friend-cum-brother Bray Wyatt, aka Windham Rotunda, Rowan said that the former WWE Champion was fond of horror.

The hulking Wyatt Sicks figure wished Windham could see all of that, as it was meant for him and another one of their heavenly friends, Brodie Lee. Rowan started shedding tears while speaking his heart out. The 43-year-old was consoled by Lumis and Gacy in a heart-sobbing moment. They bumped into Jason Baker standing just beside the Firefly Fun House attraction.

Baker is a special effects artist best known for working closely with Wyatt during his WWE tenure. He even created The Eater of Worlds’ Fiend mask and other props, which were used primarily in Wyatt’s storylines. The Wyatt Sicks went inside the attraction and were blown away. Rowan and Baker couldn’t help but give each other a tight hug.

They were having a hard time not getting their eyes wet, as the two of them were emotionally connected with Windham the most out of everyone else. The latter’s tragic demise in August 2023 had punched a giant hole in the entire community of pro wrestling fans. Wyatt, who was known to his fans as ‘The New Face of Fear’, had long been considered as one of the most creative minds in the wrestling space.

Bray Wyatt’s father is doing rehab after a recent heart attack

The Rotunda household has seen some horribly tough times in recent years, beginning with the passing of Bray Wyatt. Quite recently, Wyatt’s maternal uncle, Barry Windham, told Bill Apter in an interview that Wyatt’s father, Mike Rotunda, has been in hospice care.

After those comments sparked chaos and concern among fans on social media, Rotunda’s daughter, Mika, clarified on Instagram that her father was actually admitted to a rehabilitation center.

Mika said that the WWE Hall of Famer suffered a massive heart attack in September, which pushed him into a coma for a week. As a result, Mike had to spend an entire month in a hospital. Almost 1.5 months removed, the man known as I.R.S. in WWE is doing well enough to be transferred into rehab.

This also explains Bo Dallas, aka Uncle Howdy‘s, on-screen absence of late on SmackDown. Dallas didn’t accompany his Wyatt Sicks stablemates to Universal Orlando in the aforementioned visit. It remains to be seen how long the faction leader will remain off-screen.

John Cena paid tribute to Bray Wyatt in his previous WWE appearance

Since the unfortunate demise of Bray Wyatt, a ton of wrestlers across various promotions have paid homage to Windham Rotunda. While every tribute has meant a lot to the mystique and stature behind the character that captivated millions of people, the most recent one from John Cena was enough to make a grown-up cry.

‘The Cenation Leader’ was quite instrumental in shaping up Wyatt’s career and is often regarded as one of his best rivals. Cena used Wyatt’s Sister Abigail finisher on AJ Styles during their Crown Jewel encounter in Perth. It received the loudest pop of the night, and the building almost had its roof blown off.

The fans turned on their mobile flashlights in unison, which resembled the fireflies. The Peacemaker actor looked up at the night sky almost as if he were uttering, “This was for you, Windham!” The two of them last shared the screen on WWE television in 2020 when they had a cinematic Firefly Fun House match at WrestleMania 36.
