Erik ten Hag‘s future at Old Trafford has been under scrutiny for quite some time. With a series of embarrassing results at both Old Trafford and away, the Dutchman went into the international break with a huge question mark over his future.
Although reports claim that INEOS have decided to put their trust on him for the time being, Erik ten Hag grilled the media for cooking up stories related to his future. Manchester United return to action on Saturday as they host Brentford. Prior to the game, Ten Hag made his emotions felt as he censured the media for the way they’ve treated him and his future at the club.
Ten Hag also stressed that he’s on the same page with United management, unlike what media portrays it to be. He argued that the players and management are convinced about the plan and that they’ll stick to it.

Manchester United have had quite the fall from grace in recent seasons. At the moment, they are far from even thinking of a top four finish after picking up just two wins in their first seven games.
As the club prepares to take on Brentford at home, not many are convinced that they’ll claim a win, or even a draw. As Paul Pogba navigates his return from an 18-month ban for doping, the Frenchman revealed that he still thinks highly of the Red Devils.
