EA sports slowly delivered the top ratings in FIFA 23 before unveiling the best players from the Series A, La Liga, Premier League and Bundesliga. A lot has changed from FIFA 22 with standout players receiving major updates. However, not all players received the updates that they deserved. Some are still quite incompetent and need more upgrades.

Here in this article, we have listed down some of the players in FIFA 23 who should get an upgrade that they deserve.

Lowest Rated Players in FIFA 23

1. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

Khvicha has been an absolute revelation for Napoli since ever since he joined the Italian side during the latest summer transfer window. He had been the Most Valuable Player in the early season of Serie A due to his amazing dribbling and finishing skills. These skills have been amazing and fun to watch for the audience. However, in this season, Khvicha has a low rating of 74 in FIFA 23. Before joining Napoli, several top clubs of Europe were fighting for his signature due to his excellent performances at Rubin Kazan and later Dinamo Batumi.

2. Kouadio Manu Kone

Kone is one of the best young midfielders in the Bundesliga. However, his FIFA 23 rating stands only at 77 which is really low for this 21 year old star. Kone was a distinct bright spot in the last season.

Kone started 26 of Borussia Monchengladbach’s 27 Bundesliga matches last season and he’s continued to be a vital component of the squad with seven starts in seven games this season. Kone is a holding midfielder and Monchengladbach has already enjoyed a very fruitful start to the new season due to his amazing displays.

3. Yunus Musah

Musah is a member of the USA national team that will be heading to the Qatar World Cup. At just 19 years of age, this player has achieved this honor of being in the world’s best teams. Fans were shocked to see this young dominant player to have a rating of only 73 in FIFA 23. Even though La Liga is a difficult league to enter as a young player, Musah has exactly done that. Despite his RM card, Musah mostly plays centrally for Valencia as a midfielder who isn’t afraid to get forward.

4.Jonathan Bamba

Bamba has seemingly underperformed in the previous season, just like Gladbach, which has led to their biggest stars receiving downgrades. Bamba has gone from an 80 overall rating to a downright disrespectful rating of 76 in FIFA 23. Fans agree on this downgrading by the fact that he only scored Ligue 1 goal in the last season, but one season is not the right measure to downright years of reputation that he has created with a lot of hard work. This season, he looks like a person who is determined to prove the claimers wrong.

5. Moises Caicedo

Moises received a whopping +6 rating upgrade from the last season. This player now stands at 70, but it still doesn’t do justice to him. Caicedo is fully deserving of a gold card in Ultimate Team as his performances for Beerschot and Brighton last season were mesmerizing. He has been Brighton’s top performers since the early stages of the 2022 season.

These were some of the players who need a better rating than their performances deserve. These players are no way inferior, anything but the MVPs of the game.
