This allows gamers on the go to explore the magical hills of Hogsmeade and the wizarding school. With a whole new player base coming to the game, this has once again stirred up many questions about the game. One of these is regarding the bonds you can form with NPCs in Hogwarts Legacy.

Hogwarts Legacy is known for its extensive relationships that you can build with other NPCs in the game. The game features a gorgeous open world, customizable protagonists, and loveable wizards and witches you meet along the way. This leaves players wondering whether they get the option of romanceable options with NPCs in the Hogwarts Legacy.

One of the main elements of Hogwarts Legacy is NPCs that you interact with throughout your journey. Hogwarts Legacy is a massive RPG game. It is not uncommon for RPGs to have romance options with NPCs in the game. Hence, people wonder whether this option is also available to them in the Harry Potter-inspired RPG.

After all, a previous game of the Warner Brothers franchise already contained this option. Hogwarts Mystery, a mobile RPG set in the same universe, allowed players to date the game’s characters by spending time with them and getting to know them more intimately. It is not too far to ask for the next Harry Potter RPG to contain the same element.

Sadly, players cannot romance NPCs in Hogwarts Legacy

To the dismay of many fans of the game, Hogwarts Legacy contains no romanceable options with NPCs. The developers of the game Avalanche software confirm this. The game allows you to build friendships with many NPCs in Hogwarts Legacy. Some of them will even join you on your quests. The game does offer you relationship quests with Natsai, Sebastian and Poppy. This allows you to grow closer to them. However, friendship is all that can be attained with these characters.

The game does not feature such options, probably due to the age of the characters. Fifth-year students in Hogwarts are said to be around 15 years of age. To avoid uncomfortable and uneasy situations concerning minors, the developers thought it best not to add such options in this game.
