Become a Jedi with Lightsaber and force abilities in Fortnite Chapter 4 season 4
Players will not find Lightsaber lying around the map or in the chest. To get the Lightsaber, players have to find a Star Wars character on the map and talk to them. You will see a great gate-like blip on the map when you are near any of the Star Wars characters. Now while speaking to them, you will see the option of “learn Force abilities”. When you select this option, a rift gate will open up and you will see a cool animation of you wielding a Lightsaber while exiting from the rift.
In addition to getting the cool Lightsaber, Fortnite players will also get to use the Force abilities depending upon whom they interact with and Force jump. Here are the all available Lightsabers and Force abilities depending on the character:
- Ahsoka Tano: Push Force ability
- Obi-Wan Kenobi: Push Force ability
- Anakin Skywalker: Push Force ability
- Darth Maul: Throw Force ability
The Push Force ability lets players and any objects push away while the Pull Force ability lets you pull the same. However, the Throw Force ability is unique as you can lift objects and throw them at players to deal damage.
Unlike guns, Lightsabers come under the category of Melee weapons. So players have to go extremely close to the opponent in order to apply some damage to their opponent. Though running around close to unarmed is extremely risky so always consider carrying a close-range weapon with you, and be ready to pull it out in case of emergency. Use the shoot button on your respective platform, i.e. PC or console to use the Lightsaber.
Now to use the Force ability, players have to right-click on the PC (L2 on the PS5) and press the shoot button to use the Force abilities. Players might find it difficult however it is pretty simple to use if you get a hang of it. As mentioned earlier, in addition to the Force ability, players also receive the Force Jump which lets players perform those iconic double jumps from the Star Wars series.
With the Force abilities, Force jump and Shockwave grenade, players can perform some impressive tricks and catch players off guard. Lightsabers and Force abilities always bring a unique touch to the classic battle royale of Fortnite. Now grind through your Battlepass to unlock the new Ahsoka Tano skin in Fortnite
