Minecraft Legends has three hordes of piglins that you need to defeat in order to get to the final boss fight: The Horde of the Bastion, The Horde of the Hunt, and The Horde of the Spore. These three hordes won’t be easy to defeat, so make sure you prepare yourself well before every fight, making use of the ability to hire mobs, upgrading every weapon you have to the maximum possible limit, and stocking up on resources.

The final boss in Minecraft Legends, The Great Hog, will teleport to and attack the Well of Fate once you have defeated the third and final horde, The Horde of the Spore. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to build any new improvements or teleport to the Well of Fate, so make sure you use all your Prismarine before taking down the last horde.

As you defeat the last horde, a cutscene will play, which will show a very angry Great Hog raging over his Piglins getting defeated in the overworld. Which leads him to get his staff enchanted and break into the overworld through a Nether portal, which he consequently destroys and adds to his staff.

Once the Great Hog arrives in the overworld, the hosts will send out an SOS and ask you to rescue them from the villainous hoglin. However, it is advised not to go there directly. Instead, make sure you prepare well before taking on the final fight, as it won’t be an easy one.

Minecraft Legends Mobs

Start off by recruiting every single mob that you can find in every village and homestead. Also, make sure you take all the resources in the village chests to help yourself out during the fight with the big bad pig.

Once your army is ready, teleport to the nearest village in the Well of Fate. As you reach, start your journey to the center of the map, and once you spot the Nether corruption, build a wellhouse for easy respawns so that you can stay as close to the fight as possible in case you run out of hearts during the fight.

As soon as you are done, stay with your army at the newly built wellhouse and spawn as many Cobblestone Golems as possible, along with some Creepers if you fancy them. Make use of this small army to clear any small piglin buildings between you and the Well of Fate so you get a clear path to the Great Hog, who will be found waiting for you to attack the Well in vain.

Once you take the path your army cleared for you and reach the Well of Fate, a cutscene will play, and the Great Hog will stop attacking the Well of Fate and go after you instead. The final boss in Minecraft Legends has a lot of attacks that could knock you unconscious if you take it at the wrong time so make sure you stay aware the entire fight.

Send your entire army towards the Great Hog. Once there, it will attempt to clear out your mobs with a Spin attack, which will knock them away but not end them fully. While this happens, make sure you follow the upcoming steps closely, as your mobs are only present to distract the Hog from what you’ll be doing next.

While the Great Hog is being kept busy by your mobs, look for small spots of grass over the corrupted ground. You should be able to find such spots near the Well of Fate which are mostly untouched. Use Cure Netherrack on these small patches of grass, where you should start by placing spawners to replace any of your mobs that might fall in battle. Then, build as many towers as you can.

Once the towers are built, recall your troops to the newly made spawners, which would lure the Great Hog right into the group of towers you have made. Continue your attack with the towers and the mobs and very soon, you should be able to beat the Great Hog!
