Crucible Knight

First and foremost, you should make sure you don’t take on the Crucible Knight way too early in the game so as to not waste your time and resources on a foe that is going to remain undefeated by lower lever players for a long long time.

Next up, make sure whenever you are trying to heal mid fight, you should make sure you are doing so from a distance – no, not 5 meters away from the Knight, but you should actually be on the other end of the Evergaol to make sure you heal safely without getting hit from one of the Crucible Knight’s long reach attacks.

Patience will be the key during the fight with the Crucible Knight, make sure you don’t try to push your luck too hard during the fight and only attack twice at max in one go before retreating to a safe place. Keep in mind if you’re using a heavy weapon then you should only attack once in every go.

As you move on to the second phase of the Crucible Knight’s fight, the Knight will grow wings and a tail. Both of which he will use for conducting numerous attacks on you as you move around the Evergaol. The Wing Attack shouldn’t be that much of a hassle but its the tail that you should worry about.

The tail has its own separate move set of spin based attacks – the first being a fairly close range spin attack which can be easily dodged, and the double spin attack which features two spins- the first being the close one, the second being a spin with a fairly larger radius which covers the entire arena. The second spin is usually the one that is more difficult to deal with so you should be prepared to dodge it.

Pro Tip : If you are outside the melee range, and you see the tail appear, be aware that it is going to be a double spin attack.

Last but not the least, for the people who are more experienced in the ways of the parry, should make sure they make full use of their skill and parry as much as possible to put the Crucible Knight off its rhythm. This will enable you to have more time to attack on the Knight and deliver damage for practically free!

Conclusion

With those things in mind, you should now be well prepared to take on the Crucible Knight and hopefully have the battle of your life with him. And remember, the game is bound to be difficult so there will definitely be times when you will be losing your life while fighting the Crucible Knight so don’t lose hope!

The first few tries will definitely be the worst for the players attempting to take on the Knight and will be essential to add to the learning curve that people will have to go through in order to learn the attack patterns of the Knight and the types of attacks it uses.
