Epic Games has introduced a plethora of crossovers into Fortnite since the launch of the latest scene. From real-life crossovers like Eminem in Fortnite to fictional TV characters like Family Guy, all have made their way into Fortnite.

However, fans were most excited to see a classic video game franchise come to Fortnite in the form of Metal Gear Solid and the Solid Snake. Players have already found an NPC version of Solid Snake on an island on the Fortnite map. You can purchase various items from him, such as a cardboard box.

Solid Snake is a fictional character and one of the main protagonists of the “Metal Gear” franchise. Known for his stealth, tactics, and combat expertise, Snake is a highly skilled special forces operative and a vital member of the covert unit FOXHOUND.

His missions often involve facing off against the series’ titular superweapon, Metal Gear, a bipedal nuclear-armed mecha. Unlike several other popular Fortnite skins, the Solid Snake skin in Fortnite cannot be purchased directly from the shop in exchange for V-bucks.

While he is part of the season’s battle pass, simply levelling up your battle pass will not unlock the skin. You will instead have to complete a series of special quests. This article covers how to unlock the Solid Snake Skin in Fortnite.

Epic Games has collaborated with Konami to introduce the Solid Snake Skin in Fortnite. To unlock this skin, you must complete all the quests listed below. Note that these quests are segregated into two pages. You cannot complete the quests on page two without completing the ones on the first page.

    • Hide in a Cardboard Box for 10 seconds (Lying in Wait Loading Screen)
    • Deal 250 damage to opponents within 10 meters (Stun Knife Pickaxe)
    • Deal 50 damage with explosives (Solid Profile Spray)
    • Deal 500 damage to opponents with assault rifles (! Emote)
    • Break two security cameras or turrets ( ! Banner Icon)
    • Complete Page 1 Quests (Solid Snake Outfit)
  • Page Two Quests
    • Deal 2500 damage to opponents with a weapon that has a suppressor – Tactical Advantage loading screen
    • Use EMP Stealth Camo 3 times – Metal Gear Mk. II back bling
    • Use a hiding spot in 5 different matches – Hidden? emoticon
    • Assist in opening three vaults or hack three train heist chests – Slider glider
    • Damage 10 different enemy players before they damage you – Snake Skin Wrap
    • Complete 4 Page 2 quests – Old Snakeskin

Completing the page one quest will reward you with the Solid Snake Skin in Fortnite. However, it is worth grinding through page two for another particular Old Snakeskin. Most of these challenges are straightforward, so ensure you use several Metal Gear Solid-themed additions as part of the game.
