Ubisoft’s XDefiant has dropped a new mode in the game for closed beta. Players can access this mode to check out the game mechanics and smoothness of the game. XDefiant’s developers added certain modes to the closed beta. With it’s release, the game has been another competition, like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The gaming giant has been betting big on it’s graphic prowess. Given it’s delivery and the successful Tom Clancy series that was hit,. XDefiant‘s focus is to organize and grow it’s pool of FPS players. Through its access to games that are free to play. The new mode is a bit different, an amalgamation of Cranked and Kill confirmed from Call of Duty, and has a twist to the game.

You can choose from 5 different factions of group present in-game. And 5 different playstyle that you can put to test. Try each individual style and find out which suits you the best of abilities. This is where you can try out the game in it’s full glory and polish your skills and get one with environment. And then work your way to winning games.

The game comes with signature Ubisoft User Interface, Mini Maps and 14 different maps to choose. The company has also decided to push the closed Beta to 23rd April. So you can still try out XDefiant’s closed beta which comes under Tom Clancy series now.

Everything there is to know about “HotShot” mode

This is the newest mode that developers of XDefiant has added to the game. This mode is can more be understood as a mix of mode from Call of Duty like Kill Confirmed and Cranked.

The basic idea revolves around killing the opponent and collecting their tags. The game progresses for one of the players to come out on top. This happens when you get most skills and you get tagged as the “Hotshot”. This has two different effects on the game. First the played tagged as Hotshot gets the ability to move faster and gain more reflexes. With this come perk of taking on enemies with force. To balance out the odds , once tagged with being hotshot your location will be constantly aired on the map. This will make you visible for every other player. This engages the hotshot with multiple enemies and makes it harder but with increased fighting engagement. This gives and enables the players to optimize their strategy whether or not to play safe.

For those who wish to play this mode should launch the game. After the game is launched successfully. You can click on the play button. This will put you in the games mode list. From here choose “Hotshot mode”. The game will then shift you to a lobby of same mode and you can thus try out the new mode.
