How to unlock the Prince Of Persia Sand Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?

It is safe to say that the customization options in Assassin’s Creed Mirage have surpassed the fans’ expectations. Players have no complaints, especially when it comes to the aesthetic options in the game. The apparel options in Assassin’s Creed Mirage fall into two categories – outfits and costumes. There are numerous dapper outfits that Basim can wear in the game.

One of these outfits is a throwback to the old Prince of Persia games. Ubisoft has dug deep into the nostalgia pile for this one. Assassin’s Creed Mirage contains a Sand Outift for Basim that resembles the style of Prince of Persia games. Ever since players found out about this outfit, they have been dying to get their hands on it. Here is how you unlock it.

Rock The Sand Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

To unlock the Prince of Persia-styled Sand outfit in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, players will have to buy the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Deluxe Edition. Along with the sand outfit, the deluxe edition also contains many extra items you can use in the game. If you have already purchased the game or only want the Sands-related content, you can also purchase the Deluxe pack.

You can also unlock content from the Deluxe pack if you are a member of the Ubisoft+ subscription service. The outfit is only one of the game’s many Prince of Persia-related content. Purchasing the deluxe pack will also grant you access to the following items –

  • The Sand Outfit
  • The Sand Sword
  • The Dagger of Time
  • The Sand Horse Mount
  • The Sand Eagle
  • The Hourglass of Time
  • The Desert Sands Initiate of Alamut dye

Note that you can only unlock content comprising the deluxe pack after you reach the Hidden One’s Harbiyah Bureau in Baghdad. You can go to this bureau for the first time in the main story mission called Baghdad Bound. This mission follows the completion of the player’s training. The game will give you a Bonus content notification as you complete the mission. The Prince of Persia-styled content will then appear in your inventory.

While the horse mount, the sand eagle, the hourglass and the dye are essentially cosmetic, the Dagger, Sword and the Outfit come with additional features that can impact gameplay. Notably, the Prince of Persia Sand Outfit has a perk called Second Chance. This enables Basim to survive a lethal hit and then slows down time for up to five seconds. This can occur only once during a fight.
