Kai Cenat calls out Moderator for banning viewers and asking money to unban

Moderators play a very important role in everyone’s stream. But currently, Kai Cenat‘s moderators’ behavior is in question considering a recent incident. As a streamer can’t focus on gaming and the chat all the time, they usually employ moderators who monitor the chat in order to do a lot of things. Primarily, their role consists of checking if there is nobody in the chats who isn’t following the guidelines and being inappropriate. They also have the right to remove or ban these users from the channel or from the particular stream. This power was apparently abused by one of Kai Cenat’s mod, who banned a user from his channel, and demanded him to Cashapp him $3 in order to get unbanned.

Kai Cenat was furious after finding out about this incident and mentioned it in his live, where he talked about how it was a scam and there is no fee or fine anyone needs to pay in order to get unbanned from his channel. He said that he didn’t care if the mod wanted to scam the guy or just did it as a joke, it was very wrong to do so as these moderators are representatives of the streamers themselves, and what they do, affects the streamers’ image too. The moderator replied to this allegation saying “Just trying to get sum bread gang”.

The audience saw this and commented about how considerate and genuine the streamer was in his behavior. The incident took place on 23rd November, which was after the whole Kai Cenat and Chrisean Rock fiasco stream. But his behavior in both these instances received praise from his audience. They reacted to his behavior about how he cared about his audience and viewers, and was ready to “wipe out” his moderation team over these allegations. But mostly the audience reactions consisted of how funny the moderator’s reasoning was, as they were charging $3 and calling it “making bread”.
