As streaming continues to become a mainstream phenomenon, many celebrities are looking to enter the world of broadcasting live content. LeBron James recently announced his intentions to stream Madden on the internet. However, he was confused as to which platform to choose and asked fans for recommendations.
Adin Ross made a play to try to convince LeBron James to sign with his streaming platform, Kick. Before LeBron has even made a decision, Adin Ross is already working on trying to sign another big celebrity to the platform in the form of American record producer Metro Boomin’, most famous for the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse album.
The situation began when Metro Boomin posted on Twitter regarding an issue he was facing with Twitch. He wanted to make his Twitch username “MetroBoomin” and asked for someone from the team to help him. He added that his current name, “rename_metroboomin,” was not very aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, he joked about how he is the real Metro Boomin.

DJScheme, a famous Kick streamer, saw Metro’s tweet and decided to respond. He told Metro to let Trainwreckstv get him right by getting him on the Kick platform. Additionally, he told him that Kick would ensure that his “bag was right, ” implying that he would get a lot of money by switching to Scheme’s platform.
Metro seemed excited by the offer and simply replied, “hell yeah, tell ’em c’mon” seeming on board with the proposal. Adin Ross saw the tweet, and decided to sweeten the deal further. He further tried to persuade Metro to come to Kick. He claimed that they would get him a proper deal. Lastly, he mentioned how Twitch wasn’t offering him money.

Metro, already on the board with signing responded enthusiastically. He said that he was with the deal. He would make beats and play video games on his stream. All he wanted was someone to approach him with money. With Metro being seemingly on board, fans can expect an official announcement of Metro Boomin’ signing to Kick anytime soon.
