Apex Legends is a hero-based Battle Royale game developed by Respawn Entertainment. Ever since its initial release back in 2019, players have been grinding ranked play to reach Predator. The developers of the game have prioritized reviews by their player base and have come up with a solution.

Climbing up the ranks is not an easy task as the game is targeted by hackers. Using hacks like aimbot in-game is unethical but Apex Legends has had the problem of hackers shutting down their servers. As the makers of the game are constantly working on making the gaming experience better for their players, launching DDOS protection is the right decision for Apex Legends.

DDOS issues have been bothering Apex servers for a while and this new update might help the developers look past it. Earning RP in the game seems rather simple but people have been using hacks to bypass the grind.

Respawn updated the community about DDOS protection for higher ranks on Twitter. This feature should allow players to experience a more fair gaming experience and finally put an end to their server shutdowns. DDOS protection will show a small shield symbol near the server information to show that the server is safe.

The community seems pleased with the news and has realized that this is a step in the right direction for Apex Legends. As fans await the release of Season 16, this change will make the game more enjoyable for the players. With this update, players seem to be excited about what Respawn Entertainment has to offer in the future for its FPS title.
