Ascendant Rank just dropped in between Diamond and Immortal, Here’s how to get it!

Valorant is no stranger to the ranked system of play, however, it is going to be seeing some changes as the ascendant rank comes in between the diamond rank and the immortal.

Earlier, the game only had ranks from Diamond, to Immortal and then straight to Radiant. However, the addition of an Ascendant rank will now provide more diversity to the game in terms of ranks and will be able to distinguish players more.

Ascend to Ascendant!

Riot Games’ 5v5 shooter is no stranger to competitive plays and especially not to ranked games. People have grinded the game for hours and hours at times without rest while trying to get to the rank above them.

The game had been seeing an influx of more and more players into the ranks of Diamond and Immortal which made the Immortal rank a bit too saturated with people who were very skilled but were unable to break into the ranks of Radiant.

In order to tackle this problem, Riot Games have decided to add the rank of Ascendant right between the Diamond and the Immortal ranks which were earlier the second and the third highest ranks in the game.

The new rank will have it’s symbol in a tealish green colour with ornaments added to it as you move up in terms of the ranks just like the other ranks which have sub divisions in them.

With the addition of the latest rank, the game is certain to get more and more action as people would be grinding for the latest badge to get in the next episode which is set to start as the next patch drops and becomes available for the public to play on.
