Rocksteady Studios, the developers behind the popular Batman Arkham series, recently released their new AAA title, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Although the game received good ratings, many fans are split over the story content of the game. Furthermore, as the name suggests, the game’s story makes players kill the members of the Justice League.
Justice League has many great and famous superheroes of the DC universe, like Flash, Batman, Superman, and others as members. Even before the game was released, fans were really upset over Batman’s death in the game. Moreover, right after Suicide Squad’s release, Batman Arkham Knight has had a major spike in players!
Gamers are hoping on to Batman Arkham Knight and the game has seen an increase of 51% in its current player base. There are currently more gamers playing Batman Arkham Knight, a game that came out nine years ago, rather than Suicide Squad, a game that came out recently. Fans have some wild reactions on it:
Gamers are calling it a “Palette Cleanser” and want to play as Batman, basking in all his glory. Many gamers are really upset over Batman’s death in Suicide Squad, and the community views are really harmful. And thus, Batman Arkham Knight, where gamers can play as the Dark Knight, is getting popular in the community once again!
