The much awaited surprise has finally been dropped today as the long teased 4th player in BGMI was revealed to be none other than Indian actor Rajkumar Rao. While several fans already speculated the famous actor’s arrival in the house, Krafton made an official announcement earlier today.
The upcoming announcements in Battlegrounds Mobile India has kept every fan hooked to the game since the battle-royale game will soon be hitting its one year anniversary as well as head towards the finals of BMPS Season 1.

Krafton had been teasing their fans with the arrival of a fourth player in the squad consisting of Raj ‘Snax’ Verma, Naman ‘Mortal’ Mathur and Aadi ‘Dynamo’ Sawant as their members. A subtle hint was given regarding this fourth player when his voice was revealed and fans were instant to point out that the player is Rajkumar Rao.
A short video was released today on YouTube revealing the BGMI x Rajkumar Rao collaboration officially where the prominent Indian actor could be seen jumping in the battlegrounds along with the star-studded roster. Fans are welcoming the move taken by Krafton to bring an Indian actor on board.
Over the time, Krafton has been putting up tremendous efforts to connect with its Indian audience. From bringing events on special occasions such as Independence Day or creating a parody of the popular reality show ‘CID’ as Cheater Investigation Department to show how the developers won’t tolerate any hackers in the game, Krafton has been able to win the hearts of Indian players.
What to expect from this collaboration?
Rajkumar Rao is one of the renowned artists in the Bollywood industry who has worked in numerous award winning films. Fans, are therefore, wondering what’s on store for them from this collaboration with BGMI. As of now, Krafton hasn’t disclosed anything but it is assumed that a special voice pack of Rajkumar Rao might be added to the game.
Apart from that, Rajkumar Rao could be seen joining the casters for some fun events during the finals of Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 1 which commences from 9th June and continues till 12th June.
