BGMI Masters Series: Week 1 Schedule, group division and more

BGMI Masters Series commences from 24th May

NODWIN Gaming x Star Sports will soon be broadcasting the BGMI Masters Series, an invitational tournament of Battlegrounds Mobile India which can be watched on television for the first time. In this unique initiative, fans who mostly binged cricket on Star Sports will now be cheering for their favorite BGMI stars.

The arrival of Battlegrounds Mobile India in a sports channel has set new standards for the battle-royale game and the temperatures have been set high in the community. As the long awaited tournament commences tomorrow, here are some things to check out.

BGMI Masters Series Week 1 details

BGMI Masters Series is going to be the second LAN event of BGMI in India after the pandemic. Moreover, it has again been hosted by NODWIN Gaming, a homegrown organization that had previously brought BGMI in the big screen by tying up with PVR Cinemas. In the latest partnership with Star Sports, they are bringing ‘chicken dinner’ on television.

As we witness 24 invited teams battling it out on 24th June, NODWIN Gaming has announced the group division for these teams in the first week of the tournament.

The BGMI Masters Series tournament will go on for three weeks league stage followed by 5 days of grand finals. The first week will take place from 24th June to 26th June where 24 teams will play 4 matches in a day in a round robin format. Here is the match schedule-

24th June

  • Match 2- GROUP A vs GROUP B (Miramar)
  • Match 3- GROUP C vs GROUP B (Sanhok)

Players can watch BGMI Masters Series on the mentioned days on Star Sports 2. The LAN event will be broadcasted in English, Hindi and Tamil languages. A prize pool of 1.5 Crores has been kept up for grabs and if fans are unable to catch the matches live, they can watch it on Loco as well.
