BGMI Showdown Finals to commence from 4 PM today

The stage is all set for BGMI Showdown Finals, the first official LAN event of Battlegrounds Mobile India hosted by Krafton. Following an action-packed performance from the 24 teams at the group stage, only 16 teams were able to move forward to the finals which is going to commence today.

The first-ever official LAN features a handsome prize pool of 15 lakhs INR. There also have been rumors that the champion of this tournament will be able to grab a slot at the Afterparty tournament of PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022.

Teams at BGMI Showdown Finals

The initial phase of the tournament saw 24 invited teams participating in their designated groups in 18 matches. After the third day of group stage, sixteen top performing teams have now qualified to the BGMI Showdown Finals. The qualified teams have been mentioned below-

OR Esports is currently leading the scoreboard with 167 points, they have also accumulated the highest number of finishes and look for a great start at the BGMI Showdown Finals. There is also a tough competition between Team XO and Hyderabad Hydras who have been maintaining a consistent position at the scoreboard.

Fan favorite team, Team Xspark failed to qualify for the finals whereas Team Soul and GodLike Esports are currently at the 9th and 10th position respectively. Fans are expecting a better performance from these teams so that they can increase their chances of winning the tournament.

Fans can watch the BGMI Showdown Finals at the official YouTube channel of Battlegrounds Mobile India Esports as well as the streaming platform Loco. Six matches will be played by the qualified teams of the finals which is set to commence from 4 PM IST. The final match of today will decide the champion of this tournament.
