The registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge (BMOC 2022) have already commenced and players should start registering for the first BGMI tournament of this year which has a decent prize money up for grabs. This article takes a look at the process of registration for the tournament.

After hosting a handful number of invitational tournaments on different occasions, Krafton has started the process of expanding the eSports scenario of the game by bringing Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge (BMOC 2022). What is more exciting is that, this will not be the only tournament this year as the developers have planned something huge compared to the previous year with an even bigger prize pool.

BGMI tournament: BMOC 2022 registration guide

The registrations for BMOC 2022 can be done online and players will be delighted to know that the registration is free of cost. BMOC 2022 registrations have already commenced from yesterday i.e. 14th March and will conclude on 27th March. Therefore, players should start registering with their team members as soon as they can.

  • STEP 1: Open any web browser and search for Battlegrounds Mobile India eSports. Players can also click here to navigate there directly.
  • STEP 2: For registration, players need to click on “Register Now” or tap on Sign In/Register present on the right side of the screen
  • STEP 3: Enter your e-mail ID and click on verify
  • STEP 4: Players will be provided with an OTP which needs to be entered in order to create an account.
  • STEP 5: Fill up the necessary details such as your name, identity proof, valid mobile number and everything that is required mandatorily.

Players should note here that they can only participate in the BGMI tournament with a team. This time, Krafton has allowed a maximum of six players to join a roster so that if two members are unavailable, the rest two can join them. Upon successful registration, players will receive a confirmation message on their given e-mail ID.

Eligibility Criteria

Before registering for the BGMI tournament, it is important to note whether players are meeting the following eligibility criteria mentioned in the Rulebook of Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge (BMOC 2022).

Format
  • Players registering for BMOC 2022 must be above the age of sixteen. If the player’s age is above 16 but under 18, parental consent is mandatory in order to participate.
  • All players participating in the BGMI tournament should have a minimum ranking of Level 25 and above Platinum V Tier at the time of registration.

Apart from this basic eligibility criteria, players should provide their valid national identity while filling up the details of regsitration form of BGMI tournament.
