The much awaited question regarding the ongoing tournament of Battlegrounds Mobile India i.e. BMOC The Grind’s prize pool has finally been revealed by Krafton. The invitational tournament has already completed its League Stage and each team looks confident of being the worthy contender of claiming the top position.

Krafton had informed the professional players as well as fans about their whole plan for this year’s BGMI eSports. With a full packed tournament schedule, BMOC The Grind became the inaugural tournament before players could begin with the competitive scenario of the game this year.

BGMI: BMOC The Grind prize pool

The Grind is an all invitational tournament that has been conducted in order to brush the professional teams of Battlegrounds Mobile India before they commence with the main tournament of the game. The tournament has been conducted in three different stages-

Schedule and Format
  • Qualifiers- 31st March- 3rd April
  • League Stage- 7th April-10th April
  • Final Stage- 14th April-17th April

The prize pool distribution of the first major tournament reveals that the total prize pool has been kept at 3,15,000 INR. It will be intriguing to see who takes away the lion’s share of this prize pool as few days are left for the finals of this tournament. The League stage has already given the results of the sixteen teams that are going to proceed towards the finals of the BGMI tournament.

Along with BMOC The Grind tournament, the in-game qualifiers of BMOC also took place and concluded on 10th April. Even though, Krafton had revealed the format and schedule of this tournament, fans were yet to know the prize pool. Fortunately, the prize pool was revealed during a match of League stage. Here is the prize pool distribution-

  • First- 1,50,000
  • Second- 75,000
  • Third- 50,000
  • MVP- 40,000

OR Esports made a huge comeback at the last day of the League stage as they are now the table toppers with a whopping 199 points. There has been a tough competition as four teams have claimed close to 160 points, however, fan favorite teams such as XSpark, GodLike Esports and Team S8UL are yet to show their remarkable performance.
