As many players might be aware of the fact that few months ago, hackers and cheaters had created a menace in Battlegrounds Mobile India by manipulating match results as well as using illegal tools in the game to put the match in their favour. Tier system

After the device ban feature, Krafton introduced a new tier system in the game which does not allow players from lower tiers to play with higher tier ones as there is a higher chance of increased number of hackers among players with lower tiers. As per the new system, when players with low tiers are matchmaking, a message “Incompatible Tier, Cannot team up” is popping up.

This has disappointed several players as the new tier system brought to curb the hackers can allow the players to match with some specific tiers according to their own tier-

  • Conqueror: Conqueror, Ace Dominator, Ace Master, and Ace.
  • Ace: Conqueror, Ace Dominator, Ace Master, Ace, and Crown.
  • Crown: Ace Dominator, Ace Master, Ace, Crown, and Diamond.
  • Diamond: Crown, Diamond, and Platinum.
  • Platinum: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold.
  • Gold: Platinum, Gold, and Silver.
  • Silver: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
  • Bronze: Gold, Silver, and Bronze

However, players should not worry as this article focuses on the solution to fix the message pop up and allow the players to play with their friends who have a higher tier.

Unranked matches

Players with low tier in BGMI will be required to play more number of classic matches in maps like Erangel or Miramar in order to increase their tier level and play with their friends who belong to the higher tier. Playing with friends should not bring up the message pop up, however, for the safe side players should try to increase their tier level. Players can also play Unranked matches if they wish to get rid of this problem.
