BGMI Masters Series Week 2 Day 2 Results
As Week 2 already commenced yesterday, we saw multiple different teams make plays that we had not seen during the opening weekend revealing that there were hidden strategies that the teams had been hiding for later when the points would help them qualify.
Match 1 : Immortal bags the victory for Team XO!
The first match was on the map of Erangel which sees the most heavy artillery being dropped by the players and the most played on map as well considering the fact that it was the map that the game was initially released with.
The match took place between groups B and C giving us a show of teams such as Enigma Gaming, SouL, Orangutan, and so forth where SouL did not manage to give a satisfactory performance to its fans leaving them disappointed.
OR Esports disappointed not just their fans, but also everyone else who was watching as even though they had played amazingly well yesterday, they ended in the last place for this match getting a total of 0 points altogether.
As the zone closed up with its participants, it was seeming as though Nigma Galaxy might have the WWCD in the bag for themselves but for people who had already thought so, Team XO flipped the cards on them and took the victory away from Nigma Galaxy.
After Sensei got knocked out from the game, Immortal was handed the task of winning the game for Team XO and boy did he outperform his expectations.
In the final circle, as the 1v1v1 situation came down, Immortal quickly took down Dionysus from Marcos Gaming after which he moved on to outplay Jaxon from Hydra Esports and take away the WWCD from right under their noses. Immortal also took away the MVP award for the first match of Day 2 of the BGMI Masters Series Week 2 Qualifiers.
Match 2 : Rivalry Esports clear out their rivals to claim the win!
The second match of the day was played on the map of Miramar. With the deserted lands and the high hills, the match was bound to be an interesting battle as the teams dropped down into the battlegrounds.
The match was between groups A and C this time around which also consisted of FS Esports who we had seen take their first WWCD yesterday on the map of Erangel and are also known as the kings of consistency!
While playing on the map of Miramar, it is important for players to prioritise getting the high ground for getting an advantage over other teams that are playing against them.
The above mentioned strategy is exactly what Rivalry Esports followed and got to the high ground which saved them from the waves of attacks that they received from Team Insane Esports.
It was their ability to fend off the waves of attacks from Insane Esports that won Rivalry Esports the match and also their first Winner Winner Chicken Dinner of the tournament! Admino from Rivalry Esports was named the MVP in the second match of Day 2 of the BGMI Masters Series Week 2 Qualifiers.

Match 3 : BLIND Esports takes yet another win over their opponents!
The third and last match of the day saw the return of the classic map of Erangel where players are the most creative around their strategies and buildups to the final fight.
It was Groups A and C yet again participating in the match where we saw Team XSpark and Revenant India putting up a show for the audience as they went in for a direct clash.
Unlike the other matches that we had seen so far, we saw an early fight brewing and take place well within the first two minutes of the game as Nigma Galaxy and Global Esports went head to head.
In the final circle, we saw a 3v3v3 fight between Teams XSpark, Revenant, and Blind Esports where we saw Blind Esports take the smarter decision of sitting back as the other two teams fought and dealt damage to each other.
As Team XSpark took out two players from Revenant, Blind took the opportunity and took out Team XSpark from the high ground that they had making full use of the advantage that they had built for themselves and won the match in the end getting a WWCD for themselves. It was Topdawgg who took away the MVP title for this match.
Overall Standings
As teams battled out in three matches yet again today, the number of matches played by each team equalised and came down to an even 4 for every single team participating.
Once all the matches of the day concluded, the following were the standings after the final match of Day 2 of Week 2 Qualifiers of the BGMI Masters Series!
And with that, Week 2 Day 2 of the BGMI Masters Series came to an end with OR Esports being saved by just a sliver of points due to other teams that were up there with them didn’t perform as well either.
You can watch the event live on Loco, Star Sports 2 and Glance which are all official partners of the event as well.
