Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has been a fan-favorite game since its release in 2022. With its realistic graphics and intense gameplay, players have been eagerly anticipating new updates and additions. With the Season 3 reloaded update, a new map called Alboran Hatchery is set to be added to the game.
Alboran Hatchery is a medium-sized map. It features two large warehouses for interior gunfights and several outside sections with plenty of cover. The map is not as colorful and distinct as some of the more recent maps like Pelayo’s Lighthouse and Himmelmatt Expo. However, it still promises to offer exciting gameplay.

Alboran Hatchery is coming to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
One of the unique features of Alboran Hatchery is its lack of night vision mode. Night vision mode was a feature in the previous map Blackout. Instead, the map has a drab and grey color scheme that some players may find unappealing. However, the overall gameplay experience is expected to be engaging and entertaining.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has always been known for its fast-paced, arcade-style gameplay, and Alboran Hatchery seems to be no different. The map is slightly larger than necessary for 6v6 combat, but it still offers a fun and enjoyable experience.
Infinity Ward has a reputation for creating larger maps. However, smaller maps tend to be more suitable for the fast, arcade-style gameplay of this particular FPS. Nonetheless, players are excited to see what Alboran Hatchery has to offer and are eagerly anticipating its release with the Season 3 reloaded update.
Alboran Hatchery is a promising addition to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. With its unique layout and lack of night vision mode, the map is sure to offer an exciting gameplay experience. While it may be slightly larger than necessary for 6v6 combat, the flow of combat is what makes 6v6 maps function best, and Alboran Hatchery promises to deliver just that. Players should be sure to check out the new map when it is released with the Season 3 reloaded update.
