Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Players are Facing “False Ban” Issues

Modern Warfare 2 players are facing "false ban" issues
The most recent installment of the Call of Duty series is Modern Warfare 2. The game has only recently been made available to players worldwide, yet it is already anticipated to be successful. However, the game’s performance and stability has been plagued by several issues since the launch, which has been utterly chaotic.
A lot of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players that experienced crashes in the story or multiplayer mode are also getting permanently banned for no apparent reason, which makes the situation worse. It’s important to note that this problem was also present in the early access and has since crept into the global release.

There are players who can’t even access the game, according to various sources. Players who claim they didn’t do anything that warranted a ban have received them, but there have been enough reports to create some doubts about whether or not all of the bans are legitimate in the game.
When Jake Lucky asked his followers on Twitter if they had ever experienced fake bans, he received a huge number of replies. Due to the overwhelming number of players asking for assistance in getting their bans lifted, he has had to request that they refrain from texting him.
Because there are so many true cheaters out there, it can be difficult to identify false bans. Call of Duty’s anti-cheat system, RICOCHET, has been upgraded in order to help with the attempt to clean up Warzone hackers prior to the release of Modern Warfare 2. The same anti-cheat has been introduced into the most recent game, with thousands of cheaters getting banned before Modern Warfare 2 even started.

There have been complaints of bans in other places besides only Twitter. Reddit has been used by players as well, even during the Modern Warfare 2 beta.
Many players have tried to appeal these bans by tweeting or posting about it on Reddit, but they haven’t been successful in getting their accounts reinstated. Infinity Ward has not yet responded to complaints about accounts that were unjustly banned.
