Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 to Feature the Highly Anticipated Raids Mode
Modern Warfare 2
The first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which will be released on November 16 along with Warzone 2.0 and the brand-new DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) mode, has been fully detailed by Activision. The majority of the content will be released over the following five days, with additional content scheduled for midway through Season 1.
Activision has used a seasonal structure in the last few Call of Duty games, with each season lasting up to two months. The Battle Pass is refreshed between each season, and the reloaded content, which includes weapon adjustments, bug patches, and new content, is released halfway through each season. Each season also adds new maps, game modes, blueprints, calling cards, and other items.
Raids in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Will Continue the Story of the Campaign
On November 16, Modern Warfare 2’s Season 1 Reloaded will be released. It largely focuses on the debut of the eagerly awaited Raids mode, which will fall under the Special-Ops category. The Modern Warfare 2 campaign concluded with Task Force 1-4-1 uniting and Kate Laswell presenting Price, Ghost, Gaz, Soap, and Alejandro with a picture of Makarov, the story’s upcoming antagonist.
The first of the Raids, according to Infinity Ward, will directly continue the plot once the campaign is over. Up to three players can participate in co-op raids where they will face off against massive AI enemies. In the middle of the season, Episode 1 will air.
Three missions have so far been made available in the Special Ops mode. They can be completed by players, who will then acquire “Career Stars” that can be used to unlock kits like Medic and Recon. Higher tiers of those kits can also be unlocked with the Career Stars to receive additional perks. Next week, Season 1 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will also feature a new Special Ops task.

Infinity Ward advises players to get their favorite kit to Tier 10 in order to make Raids episodes much simpler. To get more stars, players can redo the daily challenges or weekly Special Ops missions. Activision will shortly release a comprehensive Tactical Overview as well as additional details about Raids.
