Many Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 gamers have reported receiving permanent game bans. While the majority of the time, if you use a forbidden program or cheat, the game will ban you. But in this instance, the cases appear to be very distinct.
People are suddenly being banned without justification, and Caserma Rhino has been cited by Call of Duty as the reason for the prohibition. This is a really aggravating bug for players of the game, and many people have claimed that even contacting customer service didn’t provide any information.
Activision is Yet to Address the False Bans in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Players should avoid going straight to the developers since they will be turned away by security and nothing will change. Players are advised to make a complaint to the appropriate authorities or channels in their respective nations if they have any issues in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Some people claim that unlinking the Activision and Steam accounts and then relinking them again will fix the problem. However, nobody seems to have found success with it so far. Therefore, the best course of action is to wait for Activision to repair this terrible game glitch.
