Controversial content creator LeafyIsHere gets permanently banned from X

Controversy has struck the Leafy again. This time, the controversial persona LeafyIsHere has not officially been suspended on X (formerly Twitter). LeafyIsHere has had a history of being suspended on more than one platform. The content creator is constantly bashed for his derogatory comments and views he publicly shares online. Leafy was previously banned from X/Twitter for a year until April this year.

Now months after this year-long ban, X has handed him another ban. After a long disappearance from social media, he had recently world returned with quite the entry. After being banned numerous times, LeafyIsHere returned to social media with a face reveal. This had revamped his relevancy.

He came back on the platform after Elon Musk acquired Twitter. However as depicted, it did not take long before LeafyIsHere went back to his old antics. He had previously been banned solely for the wave of hate he and his fans would send. Calvin has also been accused of victimizing other users. He has been accused of numerous things including misogyny, transphobia and even cyberbullying.

Being banned on Twitch, YouTube, LeafyIsHere is now officially suspended on X. It wasn’t surprising to fans as he has been known for being held accountable for his content and views. Many believe his recent hateful tweets against the LGBTQ community, as well as other minority groups, are what led him to be suspended.

Many however are going at the YouTuber for acting childish and not maturing from his “sarcasm“. His fanbase is believed to be of a younger audience, and his constant bans and controversies have fans wondering the reason behind his bans. However, his hate he portrayed on his X account was obvious to many and that got users believing he rightfully deserved the ban.

In the streaming and YouTube world, it is common for content creators to cross the lines and get banned for their views or actions. It is important that they follow community guidelines, otherwise, major consequences will follow through. This was evident during Kai Cenat’s in-person giveaway, which due to the lack of planning, had caused chaos and riots in New York City.
