Dillon Danis, one of the most talked about combat sports artists at the moment right now, has once again fired shots. However this time it is against his former opponent, who he never got to face due to the cancellation of the fight, KSI. Their bout was set to face off earlier this year in January, however, due to injuries Dillon faced, it never came to fruition.

However now, the controversial mixed martial artist is set to face Logan Paul on October 14th. They will compete in the fully-stacked Misfits PRIME Card as a co-main event alongside KSI who will face Tommy Fury. Dillon Danis has been trying to get involved in the influencer boxing scene for years now, playing a villain role in the scene.

However, at the moment, he seems to be winning fans over as he builds an enormous hype behind his fight. Despite facing multiple lawsuits after involving Logan Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal, Dillon Danis seems to be ready for his bout, not showing any signs of backing out yet. On top of that, he is involving everyone dear to Logan Paul, and as a result, KSI happens to be the latest victim.

Dillon Danis on why he chose Logan Paul over KSI

Dillon Danis made a new appearance on The MMA Hour podcast with Ariel Helwani. Despite having their differences in the past, Dillon and Ariel shared a civil discussion. He immediately in just 10 minutes of the interview commencing had gotten straight for KSI. After Ariel asked him why the fight with KSI got cancelled, Dillon held no mercy.

Dillon said, “The KSI fight was never the fight. It was always against the Pauls. Like no one cared about the KSI fight. He’s a nobody. He’s not much of a fighter. It was just always that back-and-forth issue between me and the Pauls. This is a real fight, like look at how much build up this one has”. He further claims that he built the whole card himself.

However, a part of it can be true as Dillon Danis had turned out to have generated over 2 billion views on his X (previously Twitter) account in under 28 days. The card has stacked matches like DeenTheGreat vs. Walid Sharks and Slim vs. Salt Papi. However, it is without a doubt that Dillon Danis has brought the most attention to it by far.
