Enigma Gaming joins India’s First Franchised Esports League, Skyesports Masters as the seventh franchise
The Cafe Qualifiers are over and all the teams are about to scout the players as the tournament draws near.

Esports is blooming all around the world. Esports enthusiasts never experience a dull day in the world of gaming, especially for games like Counter-Strike and huge tournaments such as Blast. tv and IME Masters. Skyesports, the host, is finally bringing India its first franchised esports league, called Skyesports Masters. And the hosts have finally decided on the seventh franchise to join the fray. The seventh team to join this event is Enigma Gaming.
The prize pool for the tournament is ₹2,00,00,000, which is enormous for the Indian eSports market. In the competition, eight franchise teams will play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) and compete in matches of skills & wits. This competition will be held in person (LAN) in front of a live audience. And it’s energizing the players. Moreover, the cafe qualifiers happening across 20 different Indian cities have come to a close now. The franchised teams would soon scout the players who won the event.
The League Stage of Skyesports Masters will start on July 8 and go through August 17. The top four teams from the eight franchised organizations’ intense round-robin matches over several weeks will proceed to the playoffs. On August 26 and 27, the top four CS: GO rosters from India will face off in the Skyesports Masters Playoffs for the championship. Out of the eight franchise teams, seven have been decided, with the seventh being Enigma Gaming.

Enigma Gaming participating in Skyesports Masters

Skyesports has announced the participation of Enigma Gaming, a Mumbai-based eSports organization. In these intense games, Enigma Gaming will face off against seven other teams to win the huge prize pool. Enigma Gaming will soon reveal its roster. The organization aims to conquer the Skyesports Masters from its inaugural season itself with a team that includes national players as well as international imports.
Two of the participants will be from the Skyesports Masters café qualifications, a grassroots competition that took place in 20 Indian cities and was accessible to everyone. In-depth information regarding formats and players won is available on the Skyesports Masters Official website. Furthermore, Enigma Gaming’s Founder and CEO, Aryaman Wasan, said,

Unfortunately, it wasn’t able to grow in India in the same manner because of the lack of development of esports in the country over the past two decades. With a new version coming up and the long-term vision of the Skyesports Masters, we are here to support Counter-Strike for the years to come.”

Enigma Gaming is all set to participate in this upcoming tournament with a strong team and an already laid-out strategy regarding their roster selection. Shiva Nandy, the Founder & CEO of Skyesports, commented on Enigma Gaming’s participation and said,

The other teams competing in the tournament, along with Enigma Gaming, are Gods Reign, Revenant Esports, Marcos Gaming, Reckoning Esports, Medal Esports, and 7Sea Esports. The last franchise is yet to be announced, and players are highly anticipating it. Both CS: GO and the Indian eSports industry would benefit greatly from this tournament. This competition will highlight undiscovered talent from throughout the nation and strengthen the eSports Industry’s foundation. This forthcoming competition will be a showpiece for India, and players & organizations are going all in with their starts and skills.
