Enigma Gaming qualifies for APAC Qualifiers
Enigma Gaming who have been on the development with their amazingly well-trained players and coach from Germany seem to have seen the first ray of international success in terms of getting a slot for Valorant Challengers Tour, APAC.
Enigma Gaming faced off against Orangutan in the Upper Bracket finals and whosoever was to win this game would be getting a seat in the APAC qualifiers guaranteed.
Map 1 : Icebox
The first map of Icebox was chosen by Orangutan and they showed just why they had taken it. With the firepower from Phillipines in the form of Tesseract, dropping 37 kills on an agent that is slowly being pushed off the meta was a commendable feat to perform. Map 2 : Ascent
Enigma Gaming picked the classic map of Ascent and in yet another close game, they were able to take the map away from Orangutan on a 13-11 scoreline. Tesseract, however, was still the top fragger throughout both the games and played his best game out there on Sova showing that even though the agent might have been nerfed, he wasn’t.
Map 3 : Haven
The remaining map of Haven saw a dominating performance from the side of Enigma as they took the map early on in a 13-7 score. We saw rawfiul working his magic on the nerfed Jett who he has decided to stick by like many other players it would seem.
With a complete 2-1 series victory, Enigma managed to take away the seat from Orangutan who seemed to have a huge upper hand over them initially. Enigma gaming managed to pull off the victory in the end thanks to their experience as a team and Orangutan being a newly formed lineup has shown a lot of promise.
