“Women making jokes?” – Fans brutally strike back at QTCinderella as the Streamer Awards host embarrasses Adin Ross on stage

QTCinderella and Pokimane recently hosted the Streamer Awards 2024 at the Wiltern in Los Angeles, California, in partnership with Twitch. QTCinderella is famously the founder of the awards and is notable at each year’s edition as the host of the entire award ceremony. 

During a segment at the Award show, QTCinderella took a hilarious jab at Adin Ross for his recent collaboration with Playboi Carti.

The rapper rarely makes any public appearances and hasn’t done any interviews in six years. Hence, Adin Ross had to pay $2 million and a Ferrari to the rapper to make the stream possible.

Despite this huge payoff, Playboi Carti appeared on the stream two hours late. He had a small talk with Adin Ross for a few minutes. He got up, took a huge bag of cash from Adin, and left the stream. Overall, he was only present on the stream for six minutes, and fans were highly disappointed. 

Fans go off on QTCinderella for her gender after she takes a jab at Adin Ross

QTCinderella got on the stage and talked about not turning down sponsorships for the event, which worried her about the event’s funding.

However, she convinced Adin Ross that she was a famous streamer and the entire event was paid for. This statement perhaps offended many Adin Ross fans, who came to his defence by attacking the female streamer for her gender.

There is a huge stigma related to female comedians and popular female personalities. Many claim that women cannot be funny on stage and often fail miserably at cracking jokes. Fans claim this results in embarrassment for the female figure rather than a laugh for the audience.

Many fans on social media even went so far as to claim that QTCinderella was simply jealous of Adin Ross. Thus, she took a jab at him during the Streamer Awards.

Adin Ross has had the opportunity to collaborate with big names like Playboi Carti, 21 Savage, and Drake. Meanwhile, QTCinderella rarely does any collaborations, and never with figures as big in stature as such famous rappers.
