“Lol it was bound to happen” – Fans claim King Cid got robbed as Deshae wins the boxing match at Brand Risk Boxing event hosted by Adin Ross

Adin Ross recently hosted the second version of his Brand Risk Boxing event. The match card was packed with several famous YouTubers going head-to-head in a boxing match. Some of the matches on the card included Kaleema vs LoveNini, JustxSnagz vs Keife, and the main event for the night, Deshae Frost vs King Cid.

While the event was enjoyable throughout, the main event resulted in much controversy for Adin Ross and the event. The match began with Deshae Frost dominating King Cid for most of the first round. However, King Cid returned strongly in the second round and fought against Deshae Frost.

Things started getting heated from the third round onwards. King Cid pushed Deshae Frost onto the ropes during the bout. Deshae Frost’s sister started throwing punches and slaps at King Cid while standing on the ring apron. The referee quickly broke up the fight and warned Deshae’s sister.

This incident, coupled with a few foul calls by the referee, left the match with a dusty finish and no decision. Hence, Adin Ross decided to leave the fight’s result in the hands of his Kick audience. The vote was nearly equal. However, Deshae Frost won the vote by a mere 100 votes and was declared the winner of the bout as Adin Ross raised his hand into the air.

Despite the controversial finish, both competitors showed much respect for each other. After screaming and celebrating, Deshae Frost immediately went to King Cid to shake his hand. Deshae told Cid that he respected him as a fighter and that he was much better than Frost had anticipated.

King Cid shook his hand and acknowledged that while Deshae Frost got the better of him in the first round, he felt he was much better than him in the following two rounds.

Despite King Cid’s sportsmanship, fans were not happy with the result. They questioned why there were no professional judges or referees at the event. Alternatively, the match should have been declared a draw or re-run later.
