Even the opening screen of the game says ‘Tech otakus save the world, this is enough to proclaim how the game closely resonates with anime (Japanese animation series or movies). The game’s ‘weeb’ fans are rejoicing as the long term anime project comes just before the second anniversary.

Ufotable set to bring Genshin Impact-themed anime
Genshin Impact fans are always asked to prepare for the ‘best’ as the surprise announcements dropped by HoYoverse never fail to impress them. After providing free primogems to their players from the 3.1 update, the developers uploaded a video that reads as ‘Genshin Impact Long-Term Project Launch: Concept Trailer’.
This was enough to convince fans that their favorite role-playing game will be getting an animation series. If this wasn’t a good news enough, the HoYoverse revealed that their partners for the anime project is Ufotable, one of the most popular Japanese animated studio that has delivered the well-known shounen jump ‘Demon Slayer’.
Coming from the makers of such a popular anime all across the world, the video showed stunning animations that were enough to make fans go gaga over it. Fans thronged the YouTube comment section to express how jubilant they are to be a part of this journey as their game turns two on September 28th.

Ufotable is top notch when it comes to animation and when this is coupled with the soothing music of the role-playing game, players couldn’t ask anything better. The anime project is a welcome move as players are pouring in nothing but appreciation to the developers.
While a release date is yet to be given yet, it goes without saying that the Genshin Impact anime will break internet as the ‘gripping’ story set across the world of Teyvat has always been a treat to the players. It is also being speculated that Crunchyroll might be given the streaming rights as it had shared the game’s post a couple of months ago, in any case, players should wait to get more updates.
